# ClearMyEmails: mail and calendars.

Mail, CalDAV calendars, contacts and delegations can be brought together in a tool designed to simplify their management.

## Bring mail and calendars together

**Your need.** Messages and calendars are spread across several accounts. Calendar assignment, delegations and contacts require separate operations.

**Example use.** A desktop client with multiple connectors brings together authorised access to mail and calendars. When a colleague joins, useful calendars, contacts and delegations can be prepared for their role without granting all administration rights.

**A tool integrated into your organisation.** Connections to mail and calendar services are already implemented. The scope depends on the connectors, permissions and services used.

## Manage accounts, calendars and contacts more simply

Creating and assigning a calendar, organising contacts or changing a delegation takes time when operations are scattered. Karbonic is developing ClearMyEmails to simplify work with mail and associated services.

A connection to an API for mail and account management is already implemented. It supports organising accounts, calendars and contacts using authorised access.

## What can be managed

- CalDAV calendars: creation, management and assignment.
- Calendar delegations: access organised according to responsibilities.
- Contacts: managing contact information within the mail environment.
- Accounts and organisation: simplifying available administration within the granted permissions.

Integration with mail services is central to the project. Available functions also depend on enabled services and the connected account’s permissions.

## A concrete use: welcoming a colleague

When someone joins, the right calendars, useful contacts and delegations need to be prepared. These needs can be brought together in one tool and adapted to the organisation.

The aim is to reduce handling and make permissions easier to understand and maintain, including when a role changes.

## Integrate with your environment

Accounts, access rights and exchanged data are examined before integration. Connecting to a service does not mean that all users need the same privileges.

ClearMyEmails can form part of broader IT management or task automation work.

Connectors and functions are selected according to the operations to simplify: mail, calendars, contacts and delegations. Their integration is prepared around your organisation’s permissions and services.
