Document management

# Organise and find your documents.

Filing, search, versions and access: your documents are organised for everyday use.

## Find a file and the version you need

**Your need.** Records are scattered across folders, scans and messages. It becomes difficult to find the reference document or know what is awaiting approval.

**Example use.** A scanned document passes through OCR, is proposed for filing and follows an approval workflow. The file remains in a folder structure readable outside the application. Search and automation help without locking the file into the tool.

**A tool that supports work on the file.** OCR, filing and approval workflows fit into the document organisation of the engagement. Permissions, versions and result quality are checked using representative examples.

## Find useful documents

Electronic document management organises files according to how they are used. Filing, search, access and versions need to be defined with the people working on those documents.

## Organise processing

Filing and information extraction can be automated when the sources are suitable. A sample allows results to be checked before processing a larger collection.
