IT management

# IT estate, servers and communication systems.

Your endpoints, physical or virtualised servers, networks, backups and 3CX telephony are managed and secured through one approach.

## Manage your IT as a whole

Workstations, servers, the network and communication systems are managed together. The aim is an installation that is understood, maintained and secured, with clear intervention priorities.

## An IT estate that supports growth

**Already delivered.** A law firm was supported for around seven years as it grew from a small team to about fifteen people. Support evolved with its needs. The transition to an organisation with continuous availability was prepared when its size required it.

For your installation, inventory, central patch management, backups, EDR/XDR protection and 3CX telephony are examined together. NetWatch compares the local network inventory with protection coverage. Support hours remain defined in the engagement.

## IT estate and central management

Equipment inventory, installed software, accounts and access rights are organised. Updates and interventions can be prepared through central management tools. Changes are tracked to maintain a reliable overview.

## Physical and virtualised servers

Servers, virtualisation hosts and virtual machines are managed according to their roles. Capacity, storage, updates, services and access are considered together. Compact infrastructure or a few microservers may suit the requirements.

## Network, firewalls and remote access

Equipment connections, firewall rules and remote access are configured and monitored. Availability, security and user needs inform network decisions.

## Backups and recovery after an incident

Data and configurations to back up are identified. Frequency, retained copies and restart procedures are defined. Restoration tests establish what can actually be recovered.

## 3CX telephony and communication

Telephony is part of the installation: IP phones, applications, users, call groups and network access are integrated into management. Exchanges with your applications can also be examined.

## Security and monitoring tools

EDR/XDR tools, central patch management and NetWatch contribute to monitoring protection, updates and interventions. Alerts are examined in the context of the installation. Checks and actions are adapted to available access and risks.

## On premises, hosted or split between both

Services can stay on your equipment, be hosted or be distributed according to use. Costs, access and recovery conditions are compared before changes.

## Take over an existing installation

An initial assessment identifies equipment, access, backups and urgent issues. Initial improvements and recurring management are then distinguished in the proposal.

A concrete starting point

## Let's discuss what you want to improve.

Describe the difficulty. Options and the work required will be discussed with you.
